Tea Party Convention – Wrap Up
The first tea party convention is over. Was it worth the money? Yes
Saturday’s session opened with breakfast and a talk from Andrew Breitbart. His talk was the highlight of the convention for me. More Acorn tapes coming: Yes. Watch his speech online and you will not be disappointed. I talked with him several times and he is a great patriot.
I was asked to be part of a panel to discuss the future of the tea party movement. You can catch this hour long discussion online at C-Span.
The second seminar by Erika Franzi and me on how to unite patriot groups into a national communications grid took the rest of the afternoon. This seminar was requested by the people attending the first one on Friday. The result: NCFreedom will be teaming up with Tea Party Nation to develop the initial framework for this effort.
Dinner and another talk by Andrew Breitbart and then Sarah Palin.
What’s next? Another convention this July 15th through 17th out west. I think Erika and I are the first confirmed speakers at this convention. I pray that I represented the patriots in North Carolina well. Congratulations to Judson, Sherry, Pam and Clarke on a successful convention.

Actually, North Carolina did terrific. I would not have been on the panel if the seminar on Friday had not been so well received.
I too thought you did very well. I also enjoyed the woman from Hawaii….when she threw out the 2 BC's, from 30 years apart, then said "This piece of junk!" I couldn't help but get tickled over that.

From what I watched on C-Span yesterday of the 3 person panel, you did indeed represent the NC patriots very well! Great job! I can't wait to hear more!
